Carol Williams, founder of East Cooper Entrepreneurial Women and Susan Marlowe, ECEW  and Patriots Point Development board member, present a check for $500 to John Hagerty, Patriots Point chairman, to purchase flags that fly year round at Patriots Point. Funds were raised through  ECEW's annual Flags of Freedom event to benefit local military causes.
